齐可燃（李莎旻子饰）从小受到母亲的熏陶，对排球运动有着浓厚的兴趣。然而，由于母亲心脏病复发导致倒在排球场上，父亲从小就反对她接触排球运动，因此她只能暗自期盼能够摆脱父亲的禁令。为了实现自己的梦想，齐可燃决定偷偷报名参加大学排球队。然而，由于她的排球基础不好，几乎无法加入球队。同时，学校本身对排球队并不满意，再加上连续的比赛失利，学校几乎要解散排球队了。但是，齐可燃的加入改变了一切。她的出现让整个队伍团结起来，互相鼓舞，共同努力。在队友的帮助下，齐可燃的排球技术迅速提高，每个人也都发展出了自己的独门绝招。在随后的全国大赛中，球队取得了不同以往的成绩，这也为齐可燃赢得了父亲的认可。最终，学校决定保留排球队，这不仅是对整个队伍努力的认可，也是对齐可燃坚持梦想的肯定。

替身演员陶冶一直憧憬着想成为明星。偶然的机会，副导演舒雪晗给他介绍了一个“男一号”的角色。在过程中陶冶与“女一号”和“女一号”的儿子李特别产生了感情，假戏真做。最后梦想成真并且收获了一份意外的感情。
